All Vendors of Art or Crafts who wish to display and sell their ORIGINAL/ HANDMADE works are invited by the Strawberry Faire Committee to participate in this year’s Faire.

A photo of your work is required with the Application, for booth approval and to avoid duplication of vendor wares.

Please read the Strawberry Faire Rules and Regulations before you submit an application.

Remember…

• Virginia State Sales Tax is the responsibility of the Vendor.
• Tents are recommended, due to possible rain and/or heat.
• Fees are  non-refundable; this is an outdoor show with NO RAIN DATE.
• The Strawberry Faire Committee is not responsible for the liability of vendors or their wares.
• Don’t forget to print out a Vendor Checklist to bring along to the Faire.

Fees:

All Applications must be Received by April 15.

Once we’ve received your application, we will let you know by May 1 that you’ve been accepted as a Strawberry Faire Vendor. A Faire Access Permit will be sent to you via email. If for any reason we can not accept your application, you will be notified and all fees fully refunded.

Setup: Exhibitors will be able to set up starting at noon on Friday before the Faire. Tents are recommended, due to possible rain and/or heat. Tents will need to be anchored with buckets of sand, cement, or cement blocks. The set-up checklist and the Faire map are available online.
